Next, the cut tubes undergo high-heat base sealing. One end of each tube is exposed to extreme temperatures, melted, and sealed to form the bottle's base. Temperature control is critical-too little heat results in incomplete seals, while excess heat causes defects like bubbles or warping.

Sealed tubes then move to bespoke mold blowing. Reheated until molten, the glass is shaped by compressed air or mechanical force inside custom molds. This stage defines the bottle's unique form, whether classic curves or brand-specific artistic designs. Tight control over temperature, pressure, and mold alignment ensures intricate details (e.g., embossed logos, curved edges) and consistent wall thickness-directly affecting strength and visual allure.

Finally, stress-reducing annealing enhances durability. Formed bottles enter an annealing furnace for gradient thermal treatment: heating to a set temperature, soaking to balance internal stresses, and slow cooling. This eliminates residual thermal stress, boosting mechanical strength and resistance to temperature shocks. Without proper annealing, the glass is likely to crack during handling or use.
